It was a proud moment for the North Carolina Department of Administration, the NC Department of Health and Human Services, LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD., Balfour Beatty US, Barnhill Contracting Company Contracting, all of our subcontractor partners, and D.A. Everett! Together, we celebrated the Topping Out for Phase 1 of the new NC DHHS Headquarters – a facility that will eventually consolidate all DHHS offices and almost all of its 4,000 employees into one place. A big shout out to our subcontractor partners who have put in so many hours of hard work to make this project a success!
